Looking for Custom Spider Wear

Hey, just curious if anyone could create the following (or if its even possible):

A lower body attatchment of a spiders body and legs that move when you walk (8 legs of decent size) that looks like that of a simple wood spider (but black not brown) and with crimson spikes on the abdomen

Spiders fangs to attatch to the mouth or face

Some sort of eye attatchment that gives you 6 smaller eyes to go on the face. (making eight total)

I know this may sound rather vague or impossible. Truth betold, I'm rather new to second life and im not sure of its limitations.
