Medieval/Renaissance house, manor, castle wanted -- Prefab and Custom considered

Everyone,

I am looking for a Medieval/Renaissance/whatever themed house, manor or castle to put on a Medieval roleplaying sim (not Gorean!).

One requirement is that we don't want the dwelling to be dark and dreary and too rough (definitely not a torture chamber!), but rather lighter and more refined while still appropriate for a Medieval sim.

Current lot size under consideration is 4096.

Both prefab and custom designs considered.
