right click on the jacket in your inventory look for properties... the designer should appear... look at their profile and you will probbaly find an ad for their store

I'm not sure what it's called..but it's by creator: Grim Misfit. Perhaps IM them or stop by their store... hope this gets you closer to finding it.

Have you tried to Search for Hood or Jacket in Inventory and see what comes up?
