A friend has a werewolf avatar. He asked me to see if anybody knows how to make mods to the avatar and/or does so as a service...

It depends on what the current permissions on the avatar parts are and what modifications he may need done. If it's no mod, he'll need to contact the creator to have any mods done. If it's modifiable, are the pieces just standard prims or sculpties? If sculpties, refer back to the creator, if it's anything other than resizing. If standard prims, anyone with mod rights can adjust/change the prims. I suggest you contact a builders group and see if someone is available to help him. If you contact Dannie Fargis, she can put you in contact with someone who will be able to help. She has amazing contacts. If I were planning on being in-world anytime soon, I'd be happy to offer to help, but RL commitments have taken me away from the game itself for a while. A
