It's a form of a bob haircut... I've seen one similar at Maitreya, although I think this is shorter. You might also check at ETD, back in the far left-hand section by the short styles... I know I've seen one a lot like this there, too.

I'm 99% sure that the style is "Mary" made by Truth Hawks of *TRUTH*.

There's a bob called Patricia with the regular short hair, and then this one - which is a bit closer - with the Aveda styles in the next aisle:
