Hello.

I have created a microphone but at present avatars hold it only because it it attached to their hand. I am looking for a pose I can attach to the microphone so the holder will appear to be holding it up to their mouth as a reporter would when making a news report.

I have searched everywhere I can find for such an animation and so far I have not found one. I would therefore like to hear from anyone who has such an animation for sale, or could help me create one for a reasonable price.

I'd ideally like copy/transfer permissions for it so I can add it to a microphone and make copies for everyone in my group who needs one.

Thank you.

Were you planning on selling it or just use it for your group? If you just want one I can tell you where to get great microphones with the animations.

It's just for use in the group, really. I built one with the Second Life News Network logo on a box on it (like BBC News, Sky News, etc microphones) so its use outside of our group is somewhat limited!

I made a simple static pose (that does allow some movement because the av's natural movements aren't overridden) with a script and I'll send it to you inworld -- might come from a different av name (my alt).

Very simple, may be sufficient; expect more from good products.

The script works with whatever anim it finds in the object, so you can use it with any anim.

That is exactly what I was looking for! Thank you so much; you're a star! :)

Thanks also to Learjeff Innis, who sent me another animation that looked great but, as he said in his IM, was more of a singing pose.

You're both great. :D
