Looking for Better Ad Boards

I've been looking for, and trying out, different ad boards and I'm tired of paging through XStreet and teleporting to laggy gadget stores.

I need to find a good ad board that does the following:

o makes it easy for me or my tenants to put in their ads without sessions timing out too quickly, with clear instructions (or the ability for me to edit the instruction card) explaining that they need to use ctr etc to put in a texture, notecard, object or landmark

o does not have pre-set pays on the menu which can be confusing and drive people to pay only one week and doesn't enable me to have discounts -- the payment should be changeable and should be in chat

o has the ability to report back to me or the tenant how many clicks were made on the sign, or how many landmarks or objects were given

o sends me alerts when people rent, or when their board is expiring

o does not dragoon me into your revenue sharing program or force me to advertise your rental boards or properties just to have a rental board system of my own

o is not ugly and/or comes in a prim that I can modify

o is copyable

I personally like M&S ADboards. Very easy to use. They also offer many versions from the cheapie basic one to the nice nice nifty ones.

Take a look at my adboard,
https://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=506164

It has been in use at a number of locations for about 18 months so they have proven to be reliable.

I think it provides most of the features you list, but as it is probably time for an updated version, I would consider adding some modifications at no extra cost.
