Dialog Script needed

I need a script that when the object is clicked it will give a list of options. When an option is selected it will then present a list of avatars in chat range. when the avatar name is selected it will then say something in chat based on the option selected and the avatars name.

THis is not intended for use as a weapon, but nore as a configurable greeter hud.

Although used for different purpose - you could edit and meet your needs. I have it..works great.

thank you very much, that will fit the bill wonderfully. I knew someone had to have thought of it before me. I just couldn't think of the right term to use.
