How many Prims? What are you prepared to spend?

I take it none of the responses you recieved in "Resident Answers" on the 27th worked for you.
Let's look at what you have to work with...
I'm assuming you are not on double prim land so you only have about 700 prims for your Mall, Stores, and Merchandise.
To pay your tier for this property and make a small profit, you would need about 10 stores paying rent.
Most stores are going to need at least 50 prims to work with. So if you had 10 stores, you would only have 200 prims left for the stores, mall, and surrounding area.
The stores, unless you make them very small, are going to be about 200 square meters each leaving you with about 1000 square meters for the mall area.
I believe, if you want this to look nice, it will probably need to be custom built. The good news, is you can build this yourself. It's not that hard. I would be happy to help you get started if you need help.
