Info Giver?

Hey everyone. I am rebuilding my store and am wanting to find an info giver that will pass out my terms of use notecard to anyone walking into my sculpty area. I don't want it give it to everyone that comes into the store, only those that walk into the sculpty room, so I want it to be something that when they walk through it, it will pass the notecard out (and preferrably one that can remember frequent customers and not keep giving it to them over and over everytime they come in). Anyone know where I can get one?

i'm using such device in my store: i think it was mvc that created the device. I hope this is enough help, if you can't find it or it's not working just IM me inworld.
