I um was in a crowded mall today and I kept hearing the sound of female high-heeled shoes walking around, rather than that standard clumpy, giant-like sound of footsteps that SL provides. Would anyone be able to tell me where I can get it :) tysvm!

Sure!

I use it all the time and love it! go to:
Jezebel's, Nyokoland :), Baker (138, 148, 39), owned by Nyoko Salome. Her "slutty stuff" free box has the sound, just wear, and you sound great when you walk!

There are also several shoes by different makers that include sounds like this. The best I've found are Bax Coen boots (http://www.slexchange.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=260694)

They have sounds at many speeds, so you can adjust the sound to match your AVs walk animation. As well as volume control and 2 different built in walks (which can be disabled). All operated by a touch menu. Well worth the $800L, as they are very sexy as well. :)

I had not heard of them, so I checked out the Bax Coen boots.

The demo is very effective and wow, they ARE sexy! I need to see if I can make the top part of the boot fit my leg before I buy, but the sound is really good and the adjustments make it possible to fit a number of different walks.

On the down side, you can't use it with any other shoes or boots, so you're a little stuck. That is the good thing about Nyoko's attachement:you can use it with any shoes you want.

I am curious about now about other boots or attachements. Darien, can you talk about any others you have seen or tried?

Honestly, That is the first shoe with sound I've ever had. I really only bought it because I liked the look, but the sound turned out to be a big plus :). I've been meaning to talk to the creator to see if he would sell the sounds and scripts seperately, as I would like to use them in some other shoes. I get busy and keep forgetting hehe.
