I believe the costume shop at Rebel Hope might have what you're looking for. Look for the Monster Bride costume. I don't think it has blood but I could be wrong. Hope that helps.  |

Try Silent Sparrow (on its own sim) - hyasynth Tiramisu has a really cool tattered bride....Though it does come with a little blood as well if I recall correctly.
