Simple Window Texture Changer w Menu

This is want I need:

I want to be able to put 2 window textures, one solid and the other with alpha into a prim together with the target script. Have a controller menu script that allows me to switch between the two textures on all windows in a house at once. Basically on/off.

If possible to set the script up for 1. Owner only (which I know is default); 2. Group; 3. Anyone. (but owner only would be fine)

Also the script needs to be mod, copy, transfer.

The texture changer was designed specifically for me about a year ago and sounds similar to what you are looking for. It comes full perms and has other options built in as well, you are looking for 2 options and I currently have 4 options on some for example, clear windows, semi opened blinds, closed blinds and closed shutters and it also has a timer switch built in for added security.

No I didn't get what I wanted, the script I bought was borked and it's no transfer even though it's sold for resale
