I'll pay for a typical electric street train from Lisboa, Portugal

Greetings, I'm developing a project inspired in the old parts of Lisboa, Portugal and still a lot of work to do and was wondering if any builder/scripter out there could make me one working sittable low lag/low prim typical yellow street train. The idea is having one train making trips up and down a small street like the one in Bairro-Alto here in Lisboa.
