REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Purpose: custom script to allow merchants to sell in a mall and breakpoints paid on a payout basis as a percentage of sales to the mall owners.
Method: use a script to vend products and email the mall owner of the number of sales, gross revenue, the merchant, and percentage of payout.
Caveats: must be copy so that it can be distributed to the individual merchants. Must be able to distinguish at breakpoints and pay the merchant the appropriate percentage. For instance, if a merchant sells something for 100L then that merchant receives 80L, and the 20L comes to the mall owner. If the merchant sells something for 1000L then the merchant receives 850L and the 150L comes to the mall owner.
It must be able to email sales statistics in RL.
Also must be able to adjust breakpoint levels. If it could be on a case by case basis that would be even better.
I have the financing in place and will pay 25% up front for the program, the other 75% when completed and demonstrably working.
