Looking for a luxury houseboat with three enclosed decks and a partially covered sundeck on top, about 65 meters by 16 meters (must fit a 80 by 20 berth), with an largely open layout and stairs that can by used comfortably by a tall avatar. I've seen yachts, but they spend a lot of prims on unnecessary detailing and they often have stairs that don't function for tall avs. My fallback is to make my own keel and put a beach house on top (they tend to match more closely to what I am looking for, textures aside, since stone is not a good material for houseboats, I'm thinking.)
