Unbreakable Tipjar

Because I don't feel like going around and buying tipjars just for them to break.. Hopefully one of you know of a good one.

Something cheap while I wait for my custom ones to be finished (waiting on him to come back from vacation first)

Just simple - Shows their name and total tips. Doesn't need to be "Group Only" as the two groups are different anyway. Would be cool if it ran by notecards, that I could put their name and their tip percentage in that way.

The ones I made, break after about 5 minutes of rez life and it's getting very tedious resetting them.

Looking again. Had the land's group title on last night when I checked it, and it's Group only so it won't work with the Lounge's group because it's different.

Satisfaction guaranteed. Wrote it for GOL 2, and they're still using them. One time they had a sim fart of some sort and they needed to be reset: just drag the (copiable) script into each jar, it resets, and you're golden. (This never happened to any other customer, btw.)

Put script and config note in any object you want.

Lear, can't use it. As I've posted - Land group and the Lounge's group are different. So.. A group tipjar doesn't work here.

Will check out the ingame one in a bit though =p

Set the Group of the Tipjar to the group that is needed. It doesn't have to be the Land's group unless you have Auto-return set or you have build rights disabled to the Group only. If the build rights are Restricted to the Land's group, then rezz the tipjar with that group active... then change the Group the tipjar is set for.

Nearly all lands have auto return. Ours is 30mins. Therefore I cannot just set the tipjar to the Lounge's group, without having to rerez it every 30minutes.

I know there's plenty of tipjars out there that are not group only so I'll just keep looking

Per worker? I like them being able to log into any tipjar they want, not a specific one.. The ones I'm waiting on, run completely by Notecards. It makes it foolproof.. Non staff cannot log in, and it can be any group.

So, really Just looking for a simple "Click" logged in "Click" logged out for now.. Or a fancy one if it's the right price.

You'd configure the names of avs allowed to log in, by notecard. They click to get in, click to get out. If they forget to click out, anyone else who's allowed can click, it looks for them nearby (one scan only) and if they're gone, logs them out.

Oo. Snazzy. Been looking for one like that for months now =D Would be awesome to see it in action, when you've time to make one.

I got the scripts for everything I want if someone would like to take a look and see why it isnt working anymore.. was fine a couple months ago..

You might try posting the scripts, or perhaps start with the sections you think the problem is in, in the scripting forum and ask for help figuring out where the problem is.

Thats the issue though =( I used mine for weeks and it was perfectly fine, so I know there's no issue.. Lol. It's just suddenly stopped working..
