Profile pic system wanted....Please read for details.

OK I am looking for someone who can create a system for me. I want to increase the amount of profile pic's of my business.
What im wanting is a system which will allow me to hold a once a week or once a month drawing consisting of everyone who has my pic in there profile.
The winner will win a major prize or $L, would like the option of both.

You want people to have your picture in their profile? Or your store in their picks?

What I think you mean is: You want a way to get a list of people who have your place listed in their PICKS.
