If you want someone to work for you for good money, I suggest you learn to speak proper english via the medium of typing.

I will attempt to translate:

I am looking for a scripter.
I will pay you for the time you work, however you need to be english, and you will need voice communications. I will pay for good work but if your work is unsatisfactory I will fire you.

My friends avatars are human and furries, so do not be offensive, or I will fire you and report you to SL.

I do not own land, however I will be setting up a shop on a long term basis, selling kids toys, cars, weapons and other kids stuff.

Please IM me if you are interested, however I will need to see some previous work, before you begin work.

I will need the scripts to be full permissions with sole ownership of the scripts on completion of payment.

Should you not complete the project on time, you will be fired, and I will not pay you for all the time you have spent.

(last sentence is a guess)

Only people with previous experience need apply, as I will only accept high quality work.

Cheers

Ah. Well. I am a scripter for hire. If you want to see some of my work, ask me. I will not work for you like you are my CEO. I will work for you as a coder which you hired, but not as someone to follow you around (as in I probably wont meet your friends =p) and script for you ondemand.
Example:
You need a service, you hire a company for that service. You don't like the support they offer, so you "fire" that service. You were never the CEO firing people, but you dropped the service.

Okies XD
I am the service. You can come to me and ask me to make something, but I am never your underling. I work purely on an equal to equal basis.

I can't help but question your sense of marketing and, consequently, your ability to do business. When you request an English speaking scripter when you yourself demonstrate no respect whatsoever for the English language, an enormous leap of faith would be required on my part to take your request seriously. I am curious about your eagerness to fire people and not compensate them for their time. To some extent, I think this is always implied, that if the scripter does a completely unsatisfactory job, the client will not be happy, and consequences may arise. but I wonder, since you emphasized it so heavily, if I should be concerned that you will take my work and not pay me at all, or if you will fail to communicate what you want, let me put hours of work into what I think you want, and then "fire me" because it isn't what you were looking for.

If you are serious about your business and are willing to show some respect to the people you hire - most Second Life scripters work as freelancers, meaning you're hiring us to do a job, not employing us as servants - then you may contact me in world and we can discuss pricing. Otherwise, best of luck in all of your endeavors.

That is pretty much what I meant to say, except I didn't comment about the language; however, it does bother me. If I you are going to hire someone, you need to clearly communicate, and to be perfectly honest, you did not clearly communicate in your first post, so describing what you want scripted will be a much harder task. I trust that you can do it, and I would be willing to script for you as a "freelancer"; I personally wouldn't accept any other 'type' of job.

There are a good amount of people here with brain injuries and other communication impediments, but what does come through despite the mangled speech is a bitter attitude, most likely why this person hides behind an alt.

It almost seems as if it's a warning that, given the slightest provocation or even the merest hint of an excuse, the OP will refuse to pay for the work done.

To spend more effort outlining the reasons for non-payment than the requirements is a big red flag.

Haha or it could just be google translate with an axe to grind :)

Actually I think you are being a little harsh, I have worked with a number of people in RL with minimal English skills, I have often been appalled by some of the statements made, but have discovered that often the English sentence does not reflect the real intention.

The poster is an alt of a guy who has a grasp of the english language- is an american and although in his profile he has command of the language it's not a tight one, since he posted and got some giggles he has wiped his groups so I really don't feel comfortable linking the two ... but trust me he and his alt are short on mental agility.

In this way if some scripter decide to work for him it will take 70% of his/her time to understand the OP intentions and the rest 30% to make the work.
Since it's not so easy to make a good work(trying to figure out what the customer wants), when you fluent speak english, I guess how hard it would become with a customer like the OP.

The most interesting thing I see about the OP is that he doesn't hyphen when he writes, no "." no ","

I see just one hyphen but written like that seem a forced text message style.

Thank you "Rhonan Morrisey" for the translation, cause I was hurting my eyes reading the original.. :D
