The wonderful thing about camouflage is that it really doesn't care much about seams in the skin. There are so many different camouflage patterns, if there's one you really like, you should make this yourself. All you need is a graphics program that can save .TGA files. You will be creating two textures. One for your head and the other that will be used for your body, both upper and lower parts.

1) Pick your pattern
2) Make it into a 512x512 pixel .TGA file.
3) Save it as your head file. This file will be used for your face and head.
4) Create a new file that is 2048 x 2048 pixels.
5) Copy your head file into the new file, duplicating it 4 times, it will tile neatly. For this, it is advisable to use a suitable grid and to turn on grid snap to make positioning easy.
6) Reduce the 2048x2048 file to 512x512.
7) Save the new file under a new name. It will be used as your upper and lower body skin texture. Save it as a .TGA file.
8) Go back to your head file, open it.
9) Create a small clear area using an alpha channel. The area should be in the upper right corner of the texture. To see an example of this clear area, to get its size, look at \Program Files\Second Life\character\head_alpha.tga. This will allow your eyelashes to look normal, uncamouflaged.
10) Save this head file.
11) Upload the two textures into SL. You can preview each one at this time, if you wish. If you have one of the offline viewers, use that before you upload, so that you can preview your work.
12) Create a new skin in your inventory by right clicking on a folder and choosing to create a New Skin. Wear this skin.
13) Go into appearance mode, choose to edit your skin.
14) Drag and drop your head texture onto the space marked "head tattoo", for your upper and lower tattoo blocks, drag and drop the texture you created in step 7 into each.
15) Save the whole skin. You're done.
