Wanted: Electric blue and black, emo-style hoodie.

If anyone can help me find where I can buy a hoodie like this it would be appreciated. Also, I'm wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of someone who could create custom clothes, I'm making a jacket RL and I would love to wear it SL. Any help is appreciated.
