As the title states, I'm seeking help for a sculpted prim that's beyond my capabilities.
I have the mesh that I'd like to be converted into a set of three sculpted prims, and can send it as needed (.obj or wings format, all in one file or separate).
The reason I'm looking for a Wings3D user is because I've been informed it's a better application for detail control on the sculpted's geometry. Since there's going to be little texture use, lighting control isn't as important, which is where apps such as Maya really shine.
If you can help at a reasonable price, please message me in-world. Replies here will be read, but at a later time.
Thank you for reading this.

Nobody? Really?
All I'm really looking for is someone using a program that can both work with plane type sculpteds and can control the positions of individual vertices directly.
I've been trying to do this on my own, but I've just been running into way too many brick walls.

This ad is in the Products Wanted forum. That might partially explain the lack of responses. If I'm reading your posts correctly, you aren't looking for a product, you are looking to have a service performed.
What you are wanting is to get a mesh converted into a format that will work in Wings3D, based on hearing that Wings3D is better than Maya for detail control.
Do you have Maya?
I find it a bit hard to believe that Wings3D actually is better than Maya at anything, based on the price. I'd find a statement like "if you are more concerned with the geometry and not concerned with the lighting, Wings3D will get the job done for free" more plausible.
So, I'm kind of doubting that you really need the service you are asking for.
This is not my area of knowledge, so I might be wrong, but I have at least bumped your post, and hopefully this might produce some further comments.

I'm mostly concerned about the geometry on it, yes, but there's also a very minor lighting angle to consider. As long as the way SL's shininess hits it isn't too outlandish, though, then the geometry is what becomes important.
Also, as for my choice of forums to post in, I knew it would result in something that doesn't exist yet, so I figured it was better off here.
I'm more than willing to crosspost, though, if that's what it takes.
