Just wondering if there is an actualy Flexi fan, that blows flexi prims...hair for example.

you just set the flexi parameters per script over time.
3 parameters can force the flex to bend to a vector.

in short, no, there is no way to generate "wind".

The SL wind will blow yer floopy prims if you have the floopy prims set that way.

Since floopiness acts client-side it will vary for people. Sometimes, depending upon their settings, they whip around madly for me. I can well imagine the Medusa-like hairdos I'll see with floopies set to have the SL wind act upon them.
