Hi,
I'm looking for a nice villa and a smaller house in the same modern style.
It has to be possible to build the houses a few meters from a hill. So at the backside no windows or doors because the garden is verry small at that side.
The house MUST have copy & modify rights.
A rez-function
Tintable windows, secured doors, ...
The lower the prims the better.

Hi  Contact Danielle Raabe.. She just finished a custom mansion on our island, and if you want to see it, I'm sure she would show it to you She will build to suite Just make sure you know exactley what you want ahead of time.. makes it easier on her, and me since i live with her lol!
