COPY/MOD Furnitures

Hello all ,

I am looking for someone who can indicate me where i can find some bedroom , living room and more furniture that has the permissions COPY/MOD.

I would be also open to the suggestion of working together with someone that would provide me the furniture i need .

The thing is , i am working in some structures (residential and commercial) that i will later rent to residents and i would like to have them all furnished or partial furnished. Since i don't have the time to build all the furniture and the tools needed (such as some scripts) i would like to buy some prefab furniture or even work with someone
