Is this the right place for a thread like this??
I have taken a look around in-world and now am wondering what else is out there.
I'm looking for something like $150L week (up to $200L) for 20+ prims for a small space in a mall or shopping district.
I prefer a mall that gets traffic from visitors and not camping but I will consider all. Maybe a little camping never hurts lol.
We (my business partner and I) make gothic, vampire etc themed items so we're considering a themed sim, rpg sim, club area or gothic mall area however (if you will have us) I will consider a fashion district, neko, punk etc...
I will look at all suggestions!!

I've got a space in my mall that opened up. Very reasonable. 50L a week for 40 prims. Its like a little shop. The area is asian themed, although there is a more gothic mall just down the way that has open spaces as well. But other people have gothicy stuff in my mall.. so its not like I discriminate.
Although the traffic isn't as high as some malls, there's no camping, and its real traffic. Its a good spot, right near the big shop. You can come check it out.

I have some stores still open in my area, 2L per prim, 25 prim and 15 prim rental boxes, but can customize to your preference

w have some minishops available in our mall; 50l$ for 10 prims.
The prices of our standard shops are higher then the price you want to pay for it.
