With prim shoes and feet, I found out that I need more thights that stop just a bit beneath the knee. I have lots of thights and leggings, but the most of them is meant to be worn with the sock part of the cloth template. So they don't have a nice finshed edge like lace or a seam drawn on. I want something that look finished, not just like I stuck them down in my invisiprims.

It's the short ones to the left I want. Because the long ones to the right will not look good with prim feet. And most prim feet attach to the lower leg, so I can't wear prim trouser cuffs to give it a more finished look.

Wouldn't that technically mean they aren't thights? I know, off topic, but... I just now discovered that wasn't a typo, so I need to comment SOMEHOW!

Not sure how they label it.... I searched on Google and got pictures of both short and long ones when I searched for both tights and leggings. Lots of the same pictures actually! Since I'm not living in a english speaking country, we have borrowed some english words and I see thights used for both short and long versions. Maybe there's a brilliant Japanese or German designer out in SL that's selling short thights... lol.

I'm sorry, but your post begs me to ask this question: You do know you can make thights identical to these yourself? In SL. Just make New Underpants, adjust the length according to desire, color 'em black. Voila!

yes I know I can go into appearance mode and make my own clothes. It does not look good IMHO. No shading, wrinkles, highlights or any details like those who's made clothes in SL 3-4 years or more can do.

I can also download free clothing templates and get the same (poor) result. Skill takes many years to build up. I don't see why I shouldn't buy some from creators instead of messing with it myself. I am the crazy type that zoom onto a shirt to see if there's a seam where a seam would be on a RL shirt!

I can edit long leggings that's mod and get an acceptable result. Still, no seam or lace edge.

The picture was meant as an illustration, I would prefer lighter colors and patterns. Not solid black.

Some places with capri leggings:

No.9 Nylons (just inside the door, left wall, very much like your photo0

Project Kiwi (all different patterns, capri style is upstairs)

Spice&Sugar (lace ones)

Luck Inc. (nice texture but very low waist, even on the "high" short version, decent with skirts though)

Cupcakes has some cute ribbed ones. She used to have some cute ones with stars at another little shop, that one seems to be gone though.

QueenBeez (these might be a little too long for prim feet)

Victoria, you understood just what I was looking for

6 shops can send you a virtual flower. Yes, I went to them all and bought me some leggings - and a bit more, haha!

Project Kiwi is so cheap and colorful, I will go there every time I need some stuff to mix'n match. I didn't buy leggings in Luck Inc, but I bought half fishnet stockings instead.

I think I have leggings for every outfit now!

Edit: I haven't been to Queen Beez yet, but 5 of 6 isn't bad?
