Yes I can build just about anything you want. I have built homes, club devices, organizing devices, weapons, and vehicles. If you want it I can make it. No job too small or big. If I am contracted to make it for you then you get sole rights to the items(s) involved including all licenses for it unless stipulations are agreed to by both parties.
I can build and script so if you need a script I can also provide that service.
I do not do animations (Sit animations I can do for objects that I create)

I am also looking for a sales agent. By this I mean someone I can provide my created products to and make them the dedicated reseller of those items.
