Nice female skins that can be modified

Can anyone recommend any nice quality female skins that allow modification? All of the ones I've seen that I really like don't seem to allow this. Usually, they all have too much makeup for my tastes or I want to tweak the complexion a bit. (Even the ones that come with several makeup styles still don't include what I would like).
