random prize orb

i have seen a script in the library but it isnt quite what i was looking for...i need a random prize orb that doesnt require a large object to dictate range, basically what i need is

ability to drop full perm items into it as prizes
it select a random prize at customizable countdowns (every 5 mins or 10 mins etc)

if someone is able to make this cheaperr than what i have seen in world i would appreciate it
