WANTED: Color changing script!

Hi...

I make shoes.. and want to give my customers the option to change the color of the shoe.
Only a few prims per shoe should change, not all of them.

Ideally, the customer should be wearing the shoe, and just type /shoe pink to turn parts of the shoe pink or /shoe blue to turn it blue etc.

I've looked at lots of scripts and tried a few with various problems, none seem to do exactly what I want them to.

I don't know anything about scripting.. other than I drag them into the contents part of a prim!! So I really need the entire script, not just some tips or pointers.

I assume i need to put a script in each of the prims on the shoe that I want to change color, then they are activated by the chat channel, I am not sure if it's possible to do this with a command like '/shoe red' or if I will have to use a number like '/1 red'

If anyone can supply a script to do this, or point me to one it would be great!

I also want a script that will change the size of the shoe, so people can type /shoe size1 /shoe size2 etc... Is this possible? It would be really handy as I am currently selling a box with 3 pairs in, one small one medium and one large so they look ok on different size avatars, but I would much rather sell one pair in a box that can be resized in this way. I know that people can resize if I allow modify, but I don't want to do that.
