I haven't had any luck finding these in all the places I've been able to find to search...

I want to find or commission animations and combat scripts that are appropriate for use in a rapier. That is, more "fencing" style combat than hack-and-slash. The free sword scripts that are available just don't do it. I'm looking for subtlety and grace.

If there's already a set available somewhere, I'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction. If there isn't, and someone is interested in working it up, contact me and let's talk about fees.

Thanks!

ReMzy andrews makes some excellent quality rapiers and sabres with scripts. Check his profile for his store location. Well worth it.

Thanks for the tip, I just went to check it out. :)

Still isn't what I'm looking for. The styles are still hack-n-slash, more suited to a broadsword.

What I'm looking for is the traditional en garde position you see at fencing tournaments, and a combat style that depends more on thrusting. Slashes should be smaller and more subtle, with maybe one or two "big" moves.

I also want to put the scripts and animations into an unscripted rapier that I already have.

The thrust animation and basic en garde position in my Archatek katana are the closest I've seen to what I'm looking for, but he even says right in his profile that he will not do any custom work.
