Where can I get a centaur AV/costume that is not cheesy? It has to have natural-looking movement and not look like it is made out of felt. The ones I've found are pretty cr*appy.

I have seen the quad horse AV and it was very good, but I have not personally seen the centaur.
I'm sure if you go to the shop and ask if you may see a demo modeled, the creator would be happy to oblige. (I have found avatar creators are almost always willing to do this.) |

I did send her a note, but she hasn't gotten back yet. (weekend) |

The price seems quite fair; most rideable horses are in this price range and up, and the craftsmanship required to make it is quite comparable.
If you haven't actually visited the in world shop, it's probably worth doing so; there might be a demo available and/or you might find a customer hanging about who already has the avatar. At the very least there will probably be static models of the horses to look at so you can see the craftsmanship. ![]() |
