I've been looking for this hair for so long, does anyone know the shop that it's located in? Or what it's called? I first saw it in the image for BjD's cyber conner "Luxuria". I've asked the creator, but never appears to be online anymore.

LeeLee is correct - FNKY & Cake. Though it is actually Wish II (Wish is the bangs version).
