Recommendation for two teleportation systems

On a job im designing, i will need a teleport system to go from a central map, out to pads and back, with at least two access levels, for visitors and residents. With the ability to be cross any sim, however adjoining ones only is also fine. I also need a good teleporter for in the same building, with one pad that can go to multiple destinations (via blue box ), and can be set to a different channel, as there will be two systems on the same sim with identical number of points. permission levels not necessary. Distance will be within 150m vertically. resell is a bonus but not entirely necessary, not too expensive please, im not rich by any means many thanks rho
