The following item is something you've probably picked up a while back and have it stashed in your inventory. It's called a Roam Villa made by Julia Hathor. Last night I got careless while talking to someone and while texturing a rock on this villa I textured the entire thing, rocks, vines and every piece on there. I called Julia but the item in question is not being made now so I can't buy it from her.
If you happen to have it which made sound far-fetched but not impossible, call me in sl and I'll buy it. I'll even pay double it's original cost if need be.
