In search of: high quality COPY (preferably MOD) items

Please suggest your recommendations for high-quality items that have permissions that allow COPY, and if possible MODIFY. (Of course, such an item would presumably be NO TRANSFER).

COPY / MOD is my personal favorite type of purchasable item, because I can customize it, without fear of destroying it accidentally. Also, it can be shared by estate managers, amongst tenants, if shared with group.

As some examples, I'd like to suggest:

1. Ace Albion's pre-fab homes (all COPY, MOD)
   
2. Barnesworth Anubis' pre-fab shops (COPY, MOD)
   
3. Zora Spoonhammer's "Living Creek" landscaping water (COPY, partially MOD)
   
4. Myles Cooper's "Lifestyle Designs" pre-fab homes (COPY, MOD)
   

All sorts of item recommendations would be welcome: homes, buildings, landscaping structures, furniture, plants, etc. I'm NOT really looking for wearable items, like prim-hair or jewelry.

Steam Piggy is copy/mod. Make THOUSANDS of Steam Piggys and strew your sim with them!

In all seriousness, though, if you're a content creator, feel free to hype products you think would be appropriate. Surely, there must be SOME more decent COPY (hopefully MOD), structural or decorative objects out there?

Really, I make furniture. Look up Mooncusser in search, If you see something you like we can work something out. Most is low prim and the prices are really pretty low already most items are mod/transfer.

This sounds promising -- are they available only in-world? I didn't see anything on SLEx or SLB?

Hi Ged! I am going to suggest two different builders at opposite ends of the spectrum (I have no affiliation with either of these builders):

-- "Houses That Jack Built" by Jack Fever. He has numerous styles, mod/copy, and great support in the event something goes wrong ! Everything from a low prim starter home (Like The Cottage -- my first SL home -- and an excellent home to "pull-apart" for those wanting to learn building techniques) to full-blown mansions. Very excellent quality, even the low-prim ones, so these are a great study for new builders, or no-effort for those who just want to reside.

-- "Damani Prefabs". These are more of a "cookie cutter" home, but none-the-less low prim. This fills a needed niche in SL, from a creator who has been around SL for a long time. If you want something more modern, pretty well automated, these might be for you.

Ged is asking because he owns two sims, and his tenants are asking him for houses and things.

It is one way for an estate manager to have a good-looking estate.

Well, actually, nobody asked (you guys aren't demanding enough?), but I thought it'd be a nice and useful thing to do. I just didn't realize how difficult it'd be to find stuff!

To add to the list of nice things though:

- Siggy's Waterworks (Siggy Romulus), has a number of nice pool-side anims / poses that can be purchased as COPY. They're a slightly higher price, but still very reasonable at L$150.
