Dance Ball and couples dances

Hi everyone. I am building a little hangout on my land, nothing commerical and not intended for a big crowd, but i would like to have a modifyable group danceball and some couples dances. I don't want anything with particles or that spams the chat. In fact, if it was fully modifyable I would probably just turn it into a barrel or something.

Anyway, any recomendations on where to pick up products like this? And is there a significant difference concerning lag?
