I have never seen hakama textures but definatley try a search on slexchange or shop.onrez
I performed a search in world aswell but didn't get any results. If that doesn't work you may want to look into having a custom texture(s) made. For customs I recommend Textures R Us - one of the 30+ artists should be able to help. Its pretty inexpensive aswell  Feel free to IM me in world if you'd like more information. _____________________
