Single prim multi-item vendor that gives item depending on amount paid?

Does anyone know of a single prim vendor, or script, that when the user chooses "Pay" brings up 4 different fast-pay options, and will give the item related to the amount paid.

I know there are the ones that rotate to the next item on touch, but I don't want that, there will just be the one texture on the prim, with four items.
