They're fairly easy to make. Rez a sphere, make it the size you want, make it cast light (variety of color/light fall options here, play around with it), attach it to your nose, edit it so it is at the right angle from the avatar's face/body, make it invisible. Set the properties as copy/mod/trans, take it into your inventory, name it "Face Light/Full perms" in your inventory so it's not "Object". Viola!

Agreed, they are easy to make and your clients will most likely want to fiddle around with the settings anyway to get the best results for their particular skin and shape. A bit of pink or orange tint on the light can also improve the appearance of the skin.
