You really need to buy a skin with the texture mapped on to get the proper look. They usually come with a slight prim hair as well, but mostly it's in the skin level.

I'm a male.
I founda store that sells them called Made Men, but they require me to change my skin color and I can't change back when I have it on. That sucks
