WANTED: city based office/business district land to rent

Hi all again

Due to an unforseen delay in a project, my business is looking to relocate to a new place. Ideally in a modern business district with FEW unrented spaces, preferably on roadside, at around 3k to 5k of space. This may only be for a week or so depending on the length of the delay, so weekly rentals and no upfront cost will be the key. Should the land be favourable, we may choose to stay for longer.
