Cake has a few curly styles.
Mei & Mau (or something like that, not in world now but will check later) has some styles with tight curls. EDIT: it's called MAU's & MEJ's and is located at Dibacco 129/162/111 and the curly styles are mostly upstairs. http://slurl.com/secondlife/Dibacco/129/162/111 _____________________

Damselfly has some nice curly styles. Also Bewitched Hair has quite a few.
