My mommy is looking for places with good redding flowers, like bouquets, boutonnieres / corsages, an flower girl baskets. Any recommendations, especially for really nice looking ones?

Try H&M Collection -- though, iirc, you can't search Places with an '&' in there, so try searching "Collection" to find the store. Or search for JD Hansen, the owner, and use the landmark in his profile picks tab.
They have something you might have fun with, bouquet and garter that can be tossed by bride and groom in the typical RL tradition rarely seen in SL. The garter includes a pose where the bride offers her leg to the groom. The groom takes the garter and then can toss it to the bachelors.
