house rezzing vendor

hi, i'm searching for a house rezzing vendor that rezzes a house temporarily and derezes again when no one is around. i bought the rez-faux box so the vendor should be able to work with it as well. also it should have a multiple panel. can someone please tell me, where to get a vendor like this??

I've been really happy with the Palen vendor system, which includes his rez vendor. And while it doesn't de-rez YET, I've been told that it's expected with the next version release, which will be in the next few weeks (updates are FREE, btw, so if you buy now, you'll get the update anyway later). Zep Palen's customer service is the best, so its definitely worth looking into - wish I had bought his package before I bought the rez packager I did (not that it's not a bad one)... his vendor package comes with a rez packager as well.
