Try ETD they have a lot of this classic look..
I wear white hair a lot, and the only problem I have with their hair is the white (not blonde) have banding lines where attached (flexi).. but, she is wonderful and refunded my money.. Which I used to get a blonde color.. Kudos to her for sure. Excellent customer service.
Also, they have one that is very much like farrah and if I could login to SL, I would tell you the styles name, cause I do have it. And its great.

You might want to try Armidi's Glamourous Hair. They are really nice. I don't know if it is quite what you are looking for, but it might in the right direction.

There's a similar style to Veronica's at 1-800-Betties but it's a bit shorter.
Can you not make Farrah bangs with newbie hair? I see it all the time! (ha ha, kidding)
