Script -- RC Controller

I don't know if this is out there. I have an open source vehicle script that has remote control however it is what it is. It will go up and down and all that crap. Here's a couple of things that I want it to do:

The object/vehicle will have an avatar sit in a vehicle but I do not want the avatar in the vehicle to have any control over the movement. I want ANYONE to walk up and be able to control the vehicles with some kind of public access RC controller.

I also want the ability to run on different channels too so more than one vehicle can be controlled at a time. Say 4 vehicles.

Once the avatar controllers are in place -- I don't want a passerby to be able to come up and screw up the controls either.

I've seen the Prim Hearts RC control cars and that's kinda the way I am going here.
