I'm hoping to find some really good, low prim palm trees, beach grass, and generally beachy items.

Also some barren landscape things might be fun. Moonscape things. Trees with no leaves. That type of thing.

I need some beachy things for certain, but I also might make a sort of otherworldly atmosphere on one parcel.

Oh - I also need a decent boat. Not too big. Also a wearable boat or ship would be nice so I could sail Linden waters (I have a parcel just off protected water, but can neither rez in their water, nor move a boat past my own land if it's been rezzed there.)

Ideas welcome also. Thanks.
