Script needed - Graphic equalizer (?)

I am looking for a script that would convert an incoming .wav file, like internet radio, act as a filter, to allow studio or club lighting and lasers to act according to the beat...If that's possible, or, somehting easier to do the same thing...IM me IW (I'm in there ALL THE TIME - US CST) or respond to the thread here and we can discuss your price...I need it copyable to drop into a sellable product...I appreciate any help with this...
